No, I don't.
And it is only my site in the sense that I set it up, and own the domain name.
The site belongs to everyone in the world who wants to help improve the lives of gout sufferers. I think that those people deserve to know who wants to harm them, and who wants to rip them off.
There is a theory that everyone in the world knows everyone else through six or seven connections. Now, those who care have a chance to find out through their personal network who knows Andy Lee, and they can let him know what they think of him. The only reason people like him behave as they do, is to try to promote their business and improve their wealth. They need to learn that their careless intrusion might cause them to lose business.

Of course, I am next door to useless when it comes to moderating forums, and I would much rather spend my time writing articles that help gout sufferers. So if anyone wants a job, the payment is around $20-30 per month in the form of amazon.com vouchers, with scope for improvement.
